JA Update #10 (November, 2011)
We just sent out our November update letter, regarding our recent field visit to Spain. If you’d like to receive future updates, feel free to drop us an e-mail or to plug your email address in the yellow box along the right side of this page. Our prayer requests for this month are below the break, along with several pictures from our time in Spain.
Please pray for us this month regarding the following needs:
- PRAISE: Our field visit went very well—we enjoyed meeting the rest of the ECMI-Spain team, learning more about the ministry in Spain, and praying with them for the spread of the gospel. We thank God daily for all of our partners, whose prayers and support made this visit possible!
- That God would continue to add many new financial and prayer partners to our ministry team.
- That we would do a good job sharing our vision for ministry in Spain and making the contacts that we need to make.
- That God would give us wisdom in the many decisions we need to make as we transition out of our current positions of employment and into full-time ministry team development.
United in Christ,
Dan & Anna J.
To make a little sense of the pictures, our schedule went as follows:
1) Land in Madrid
2) Train to Onda to visit the Gross family
3) Visit Alcora and the Whitaker family
4) Drive to Rus for Prayer Days
5) Drive to Añora to visit the Arjona family
6) Drive to Peñarroya to visit the Knowlsons (and a Bible study in Fuente Obejuna)
7) Drive to Cordoba to visit Hans & Jennifer
8) A train to Madrid and a flight home
Hope that helps!

I am so excited for you guys. It looks like you had an amazing time there. I look forward to hearing more.
Praise the Lord for such a great trip! So excited for you guys – love the pictures!
Don’t forget Valencia. What neat pictures. It looks like you have several good ministries going in Spain. That should help you get adjusted to the culture more quickly.
So glad to hear that your trip was so fruitful. We will continue to pray for your support to come. Know you are anxious to get back and start the ministry for which God has prepared you. Cordaba is a nice visit, huh?
We went to L.A. on Tuesay late and then picked up our Visas on Wednesday. It took all of about 15 minutes, and we were on our way back to Phoenix. We are very excited.
God bless and keep you in His perfect care.
